My Pets
Now that I have this blog I can talk about my pets. They are each very different from each other which helps keeps us (me and Charlie) on our toes. The oldest one is Tigger. She has been with me for five years. She is the best pet in the whole world. She knows when I am in need of a companion and love. Which is special coming from her becaue she usually prefers to be on her own. She walks around the apartment like this world belongs to her and she doesn't need anyone, except when she wants food. I love her independence and attitude more people should be like her.
My other cat is Cleopatra. She is one year old. We adopted her a year ago from Petco. She really caught our attention when we first saw her little face. Little did we know what we were taking home. We named her Cleopatra because besides being a Siamese cat she acts like a queen. Unlike Tigger she is in constant need of love and attention. She also carries the nickname The Evil One with her mask because she is very dangerous. She just runs amock all over the apartment and always takes out her nails. We have plenty of battle wounds to prove it. We still love her though. She has helped keep Tigger and Tobe on their toes.
Which brings me to Tobe, our dog. He is four years old. Technically he is Charlie's dog, but since he is with me then he is also my dog, atleast I would like to think so. Charlie and his family rescued him from a shelter about 3 years ago. Which is probably why he is very attached to Charlie. He follows him around everywhere he goes and is non too happy when he goes out of the apartment without him. He likes to chase Cleo around because she runs as soon as she hears his bell. He doesn't mess with Tigger because she has demonstrated who is in charge in this family. He like Cleo have gotten a couple of punches for trying to mess with her and invade her space. He is really named M. Tobe which stands for Meant To Be. He is a docile dog except when Charlie is around which makes him feel like the bravest dog.
I have rambled on about my pets but I love them. Some people ramble about their kids but I only have my pets. They mean the world to me and it would be hard to lose any of them.

Ok. So this is my first post. Don't quite know how this will work out. Trying something new. My friend Maura has been telling me to start a blog since I am moving to Idaho and leaving sunny California were the weather never changes. To us winter is having 65 degree weather. Spring and summer are practically the same except for an bit of an increase in degrees for the summer months labeled in the calendar. Now I will be surrounded by snow in the winter and will see the changes in the seasons. But I stray. Which will probably be something I will do pretty often because nothing is constant except for change. I thought that was a cool quote when I saw it on a calendar. Don't know who it's from but it went like this, "The only thing constant is change." Very true. Everyone and everything is always changing and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Which brings me back to my new change. I am moving from a place were whatever you want is at your fingertips and things are chaotic to tranquility. Sure will be different but exciting at the same time. We'll see what happens.
