Weight Loss
I forgot to mention that I got a gym membership again and I am working out once again. I also got myself a diet. I have lost 6.5 lbs in 2 weeks and 2 days. Not bad considering on average a person is suppose to lose 2 lbs a week. I feel much better. It's amazing what a difference loosing a couple of lbs does. My clothes feels a little better and I can move easier. I definitely missed going to the gym. Eventhough I do get tired I still go. I just wish they had more variety with their aerobic classes. I have also been pretty good at sticking to my diet. How I do miss eating a burger and miss eating fries even more. I love fries. Charlie would always bring me fries from McDonalds. Hence one of the reasons why I gained weight. But I couldn't refuse them because I love them so much and he knew my weakness.

Chicago, Feb 14: Not long after disclosing that its french fries contain more trans fat than thought, McDonald's Corp. said on Monday that wheat and dairy ingredients are used to flavor the popular menu item — an acknowledgment it had not previously made.
The presence of those substances can cause allergic or other medical reactions in food-sensitive consumers.
Also, McDonald's got sued for using beef-flavored oils but claimed they were using vegetable oils...they are now 'experimenting' how to keep the great ataste and switch to vegetable oil...been three years....
